Pastor Ben Boyd serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Piedmont Baptist Church and is a member of the Executive Team. Since joining the staff in 2026, he has led the church's discipleship, assimilation, media, and young adult ministries. His desire is to strengthen the ministries of the church while helping people grow in their walk with Christ and faithfully serve through the local church.

With nearly fifteen years of pastoral experience, Pastor Ben has served in a variety of ministry roles, including Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Media Director. He enjoys preaching and teaching God's Word while working alongside staff and volunteers to develop leaders, strengthen ministries, and create practical systems that help the church serve people with excellence. His heart is to support the vision God has given Pastor Mike and help others find meaningful ways to serve the Lord through the local church.

Pastor Ben attended Pensacola Christian College before later serving on staff there. Before entering full time ministry, he owned and operated his own business and also served in law enforcement. He and his wife, Karina, have five children and enjoy spending time together as a family. Outside of ministry, he enjoys deer hunting, working outdoors, and investing in the next generation.
